Graduation Announcements/Cap and Gown

Casey Korte is the representatives with Jostens, providing the traditional Baccalaureate and Graduation announcements for St. James Academy.
Graduation cap and gowns have already been paid for as part of senior tuition and will be ordered through Jostens by Mrs. Lyons.

All seniors need to submit order form with height and weight for cap and gown size by September 27, 2023.

Jostens representatives will be at SJA Wednesday, Sept. 20 during lunch periods to accept orders for announcements and other graduation items.  Orders may be placed online here.

Orders may also be emailed to Jostens or mailed to them at School Traditions  P.O. Box 729  Kearney, MO 64060. Items after the September 20, 2023 date will have a late fee attached. 

Additional Jostens packets are available in the front office.

College Visits and CSP Work Day Opportunities

Seniors do not have classes on the following dates and these can provide a great opportunity to visit colleges and/or complete CSP hours:

• October 11,2023

• November 20, 21, 22, 2023

• December 22, 2023-Jan. 8, 2024 (Christmas Break)

• February 16 & 19, 2024

• March 8-15, 2024 (Spring Break)

ACT Testing on Site at St. James

St. James Academy is a host site for the National ACT exam.  Students interested in taking the National ACT, please visit act.org to register.  Registration and deadlines are through ACT.
