FINANCIAL AID

As a ministry of the Catholic Church, St. James believes a Catholic education should be accessible to all. We assist families with demonstrated financial need, while expecting them to prioritize tuition and make reasonable sacrifices to provide their children an education rooted in our faith.

New this year, SJA is moving from FACTS to Clarity for financial aid applications.

1. 1. The application process for 2027-28 opens on October 1, 2026.
   2. Financial Aid Application deadlines: 
      1. November 15, 2026: Current Families
      2. December 1, 2026: New Families
   3. Awards will be sent via email notification in mid-to-late January 2027. 
   4. Families are required to submit a new application each year. 

Financial aid awards will be distributed to families according to SJA deadlines. Late applications may result in reduced assistance or no assistance, depending upon available funds.

Does St. James Offer Scholarships?

For the 2026–27 school year, St. James awarded $2.7 million in financial aid, with nearly 33% of the student body receiving support. Students accepted for enrollment may also apply for academic and mission-based scholarships.
