Parent Teacher Conferences

Conferences will be set up in the Gathering Space and Academic Wing beginning at 3:00 p.m.
Monday. There are no scheduled appointments for conferences; parents line up at a particular
teacher’s area and wait for your turn. It is not necessary to visit all teachers on your student’s
schedule, just those with whom you would like to discuss academic progress.
Parents are invited to visit with your student’s teacher for a 5-minute conversation. If you would
like to have more time with a particular teacher, please schedule that conference for another
time. Your student’s schedule is available for you to print ahead of time online through your
PowerSchool access. Handouts with teacher locations will be available when you arrive for
conferences on Monday.
Please check your emails for communications from any of your student(s)’ teachers who may
have limited availability for conferences.
